pantry perspective
pantry perspective is a bespoke service for folks at any experience level who would like new ideas and practical support with meal planning, improving the sustainability or seasonality of their shopping or eating habits, or even kitchen organization. “pantry” can mean your physical pantry and how you stock it, your mental pantry and how you think about food, or just a general term for anything food related that I can support you with.
pantry perspective includes collaborative visioning and meal planning, detailed recipes and instructions, shopping lists and tips for sourcing, education about food systems and sustainable consumption, and advice for reducing (or re-imagining!) food waste in pdf form, as well as consultation by phone, zoom, or in person if applicable. I have 10 years experience as a food educator, specialized experience in collaborative community kitchen projects, and have worked as a cook in dozens of kitchens— I believe that the kitchen is the heart of the home, and that focusing our attention on our intention when it comes to how we nourish ourselves results in positive outcomes for body and spirit.
currently I’m offering pantry perspective in packages of increasing time— the basic perspective is one 1-hour session (phone or zoom or in person if applicable) and a pdf with all the tips and resources I can offer. all packages include a 15 minute exploratory call prior to the 1-hour perspective session. if you’d like to make a greater commitment now, you can purchase pantry perspective for 2, 3, or 4 hour-long sessions— these are 1-hour sessions once a week or once a month until the package is fulfilled. once you have purchased a pantry perspective package, I will email you to schedule a time to chat.
