a spicy sweet elixir to take when you need to re-member yourself with strong boundaries, a clear voice, and soft heart. with bee balm and yarrow as its major constituents, this potion is also a strong anti-infective with an affinity for the throat. this elixir is the first potion I made with this shop in mind, and so much of its power lies in that moment of conception at the beginning of eclipse season with a full moon in cancer. the name is inspired by the song “As I Am” by Curtis Harding, which I highly recommend listening to.
ingredients: bee balm (q gardens), yarrow (apis apotheca farm), brandy, honey (ny), mugwort, beach rose.
suggested use: take 3-30 drops in water or on tongue daily as a tonic; for acute support, take 30 drops 3x daily as needed.
